LEMON SAUCE
Mayonnaise is a type of sauce that is used cold in many salads and foods including sandwiches, hamburgers and fries.
This sauce is an emulsion of egg yolk, oil and an acidic compound such as vinegar or lemon juice. Mayonnaise has many different types and depending on the ratio of compounds, spices and additives, it has a white to light yellow color and different flavors and concentrations.
There are conflicting stories about the origin of this sauce, many experts believe that this sauce was first prepared as a mixture of egg yolk and oil in 1756 in France.
